He served as Chief Marketing Officer at Mavis Tire — a $7B business with 2,500+ locations — where he led a national rebrand deployed across the entire portfolio, integrated marketing operations across major acquisitions including NTB, Tire Kingdom, Express Oil, and Brakes Plus, and built Customer 360 household-level targeting and CLV modeling capabilities. Prior to Mavis, he was Senior Director of Marketing & Advertising at Discount Tire ($9B; 1,000+ stores), where he built the company's digital marketing department from the ground up and drove material improvements in paid search ROAS. Across both roles, he was accountable for enterprise-scale annual marketing investment and built measurement systems that tied every dollar of spend to store-level performance. Kevin brings that same discipline — performance marketing, unit economics, and measurement rigor — to Axle Eight's clients.
Jeremy Baraff is Chief Financial Officer of Axle Eight and a strategic finance leader specializing in growth-stage and multi-location businesses. He brings deep expertise across accounting, capital markets, compliance, and operational finance, with experience spanning public accounting, regulatory advisory, and equity trading.
Kim is Senior Business Advisor at Axle Eight and an experienced operator and M&A strategist for founder-led and growth-stage businesses. She previously founded, scaled, and exited three marketing companies and held roles in Verizon's Global Strategy Group and a Chicago-based investment bank, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and venture investing across multiple industries.
Amanda Tegtmeyer is Senior Operations Consultant at Axle Eight and an experienced operator specializing in scaling small and mid-sized businesses. She has helped lead high-growth SaaS and marketing organizations, contributing to Inc. 5000 recognition and guiding teams through operational expansion and successful exits. Amanda holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Barrett Honors College.
Montgomery Coleman is Senior Growth Advisor at Axle Eight and a healthcare growth and operations executive with experience scaling clinical organizations and launching new medical products. He previously served as Chief Growth Officer and operations executive at Blue Door, an urgent care organization integrating eastern and alternative therapies with conventional western medicine.
